The standard applies to machines, appliances and other technical products; polymeric materials, metals and alloys; parts and assemblies of them, polymer electrical insulation systems; Corrosion protection coatings used in these products. The standard establishes general provisions for methods of accelerated research tests for durability and persistence under the influence of aggressive media.
