The standard is applied in the design and production of dough molding machines (hereinafter referred to as machines) of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd types. These machines are used in baking, the production of confectionery, sweets, delicacies, in bakeries for flattening, rolling and rolling dough pieces. The objects of standardization are dough molding machines with a manual or automated method of feeding dough pieces. The standard contains technical requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, transportation, safety and hygiene in the design, manufacture, installation, regulation, operation, cleaning and maintenance of these machines, the rules for their acceptance and control methods
Стандарт применяется при конструировании и производстве тестоформующих машин (далее - машин) 1-го, 2-го и 3-го типов. Эти машины используют в хлебопечении, производстве кондитерских изделий, сладостей, деликатесов, в пекарнях для плющения, раскатывания и прокатывания тестовых заготовок. Объектами стандартизации являются тестоформующие машины с ручным или автоматизированным способом подачи тестовых заготовок. Стандарт содержит технические требования к конструкции, изготовлению, монтажу, транспортированию, безопасности и гигиене при конструировании, производстве, установке, регулировании, эксплуатации, очистке и техническом обслуживании этих машин, правила их приемки и методы контроля
