Status: Effective - Supersedes. IUS 11-1988 The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Decree of the State Standard No. 826 of 07/30/92

The standard applies to photoelectric semiconductor radiation detectors (FEP) and photo-receiving devices (FPU) based on them, which are sensitive to radiation in the wavelength range from 0.2 to 100 microns. The standard does not apply to FEP and FPU, which are subject to certification as measuring instruments.

Стандарт распространяется на фотоэлектрические полупроводниковые приемники излучения (ФЭПП) и фотоприемные устройства (ФПУ) на их основе, чувствительные к излучению в диапазоне длин волн от 0,2 до 100 мкм. Стандарт не распространяется на ФЭПП и ФПУ, подлежащие аттестации в качестве средств измерений.
