This standard establishes safety requirements and defines the measures to be taken by persons engaged in the design, manufacture and supply (including installation, disassembly, transportation and maintenance) of stationary drilling machines. This standard applies to manual machines and automatic drilling machines. These machines include the following: - Vertical boring machines on the column; - radial drilling machines; - vertical drilling machines with a coordinate table; - horizontal drilling machines; - multi-spindle drilling machines; - boring machines with a turret and manual control of its rotation. The standard provides for access to the machine from all sides. It describes risk mitigation measures for machine operators and other service personnel.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования безопасности и определяет меры, которые должны приниматься лицами, осуществляющими проектирование, изготовление и поставку (включая монтаж, демонтаж, транспортировку и техническое обслуживание) стационарных сверлильных станков.Настоящий стандарт распространяется на станки с ручным управлением и автоматические сверлильные станки. В число этих станков включены следующие: - вертикально-сверлильные станки на колонне; - радиально-сверлильные станки; - вертикально-сверлильные станки с координатным столом; - горизонтально-сверлильные станки; - многошпиндельные сверлильные станки; - сверлильные станки с револьверной головкой и ручным управлением ее поворота. Стандарт предусматривает возможность доступа к станку со всех сторон. В нем описаны меры по уменьшению риска для операторов станка и другого обслуживающего персонала
