This standard applies to cars, buses and motorcycles, equipped in accordance with the purpose and belonging to operational services: a) ambulance; b) fire protection; c) the police; g) Military Automobile Inspection (VAI); e) rescue; e) Federal Security Service agencies. The standard establishes the general requirements for color graphic schemes of the exterior surfaces of vehicles of operational services and its elements, as well as technical requirements for the special light and sound signals that are installed. The standard does not apply to vehicles of operational services that are not intended for use on public roads.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на автомобили, автобусы и мотоциклы, оборудованные в соответствии с назначением и принадлежащие оперативным службам: а) скорой медицинской помощи; б) пожарной охраны; в) милиции; г) военной автомобильной инспекции (ВАИ); д) аварийно-спасательных; е) органов федеральной службы безопасности. Стандарт устанавливает общие требования к цветографическим схемам наружных поверхностей транспортных средств оперативных служб и ее элементам, а также технические требования к устанавливаемым специальным световым и звуковым сигналам. Стандарт не распространяется на транспортные средства оперативных служб, не предназначенные для эксплуатации на автомобильных дорогах общего пользования
