This standard: - is a regulatory document that establishes safety requirements of a technical and organizational nature in the operation and maintenance of geothermal power plants (geothermal power plants); - applies to all types of geothermal power plants with a capacity of up to 50 MW of business entities in the electric power industry, regardless of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, including enterprises without a legal entity, citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, stateless persons who own, operating and / or carrying out maintenance and repair of geothermal power plants. - establishes norms and requirements for ensuring their safe operation and disposal. This standard does not apply to geothermal fishing (the company engaged in the extraction, transportation, supply of geothermal carrier to the geothermal power plant)
Настоящий стандарт: - является нормативным документом, устанавливающим требования безопасности технического и организационного характера при эксплуатации и техническом обслуживании геотермальных электрических станций (ГеоТЭС); - распространяется на все типы ГеоТЭС мощностью до 50 МВт субъектов хозяйственной деятельности в электроэнергетике, независимо от их организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности, в том числе на предприятия без образования юридического лица, граждан Российской Федерации, иностранных граждан, лиц без гражданства, владеющих, эксплуатирующих и/или осуществляющих техническое обслуживание и ремонт геотермальных электрических станций. - устанавливает нормы и требования по обеспечению их безопасной эксплуатации и утилизации. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на геотермальный промысел (предприятие, осуществляющее добычу, транспортирование, поставку геотермального носителя на ГеоТЭС)
