Electromechanical contactors for household and similar purposes

This standard applies to contactors with an air gap between household and similar contacts for circuits with a rated voltage of not more than 440 V AC and a rated current of not more than 63 A for the AC application category - 7a, 32 A for the AC use category - 7c and rated current short circuit no more than 6 kA. The standard does not apply to: - contactors, performed in accordance with GOST R 50030.4.1; - semiconductor contactors; - special purpose contactors; - auxiliary contacts of contactors (they are considered in GOST R 50030.5.1). This standard establishes: 1) the characteristics of the contactors; 2) the conditions under which the contactors must meet the requirements regarding: a) work and behavior; b) dielectric properties; c) the degree of protection of the enclosures; d) contactors design; e) electromagnetic compatibility characteristics; 3) tests designed to confirm that these requirements are met, and the methods of these tests; 4) the sequence of tests and the number of samples that must be submitted for certification; 5) information to be attached to the contactors or specified in the manufacturer’s catalogs
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на контакторы с воздушным зазором между контактами бытового и аналогичного назначения для цепей номинальным напряжением не более 440 В переменного тока и номинальным током не более 63 А для категории применения АС - 7а, 32 А для категории применения АС - 7в и значением номинального тока короткого замыкания не более 6 кА. Стандарт не распространяется на: - контакторы, исполненные по ГОСТ Р 50030.4.1; - полупроводниковые контакторы; - контакторы специального назначения; - вспомогательные контакты контакторов (они рассматриваются в ГОСТ Р 50030.5.1). Настоящий стандарт устанавливает: 1) характеристики контакторов; 2) условия, при которых контакторы должны соответствовать требованиям относительно: а) работы и поведения; b) диэлектрических свойств; с) степени защиты оболочек; d) конструкции контакторов; e) характеристик электромагнитной совместимости; 3) испытания, предназначенные для подтверждения того, что эти требования выполняются, и методы этих испытаний; 4) последовательность испытаний и количество образцов, которые должны быть представлены для сертификации; 5) информацию, которая должна прилагаться к контакторам или указываться в каталогах изготовителя
