This standard includes safety and hygiene requirements that must be observed in the design, manufacture, installation, start-up, cleaning, maintenance and storage of filling machines and auxiliary mechanisms (hereinafter referred to as machines and mechanisms). Machines and mechanisms are used in the production of meat sausages, sausage cheese, for dosing and stuffing pastry creams and jams
