This standard details the technical conditions and methods of calculation and testing for the design, production and safe operation, taking into account the rational energy consumption of standard and low-temperature boilers. The boilers are the bodies of boilers made of steel and cast iron, which are equipped with separately supplied burners with forced air supply meeting the requirements of standards for burners (automatic burners with forced air supply for gaseous fuel - GOST 21204-97; 88), with a rated thermal capacity of up to 10 MW. They are operated either with negative pressure (natural-fired boilers) or with positive pressure (supercharged boilers) in the combustion chamber according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This standard does not apply to gas boilers with atmospheric burners, solid fuel boilers, gas and fuel oil boilers, as well as boilers with evaporative burners. Specifications for such boilers are considered separately.
В настоящем стандарте подробно излагаются технические условия и методы проведения расчетов и испытаний для проектирования, производства и безопасной эксплуатации с учетом рационального энергопотребления стандартных и низкотемпературных котлов. Под котлами понимаются корпуса котлов, изготовленных из стали и чугуна, которые оборудуются отдельно поставляемыми горелками с принудительной подачей воздуха, соответствующими требованиям стандартов на горелки (автоматические горелки с принудительной подачей воздуха для газообразного топлива - ГОСТ 21204-97, распылительные мазутные горелки - ГОСТ 27824-88), с номинальной тепловой мощностью до 10 МВт. Они эксплуатируются либо с отрицательным давлением (котлы с естественной тягой), либо с положительным давлением (котлы с наддувом) в топочной камере согласно инструкции завода-изготовителя. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на газовые котлы с атмосферными горелками, котлы, работающие на твердом топливе, конденсационные котлы, работающие на газе и мазуте, а также котлы с горелками испарительного типа.
