Electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment. Adjustable speed electrical power drive systems. Part 3. EMC requirements and specific test methods
Status: Effective
This standard establishes the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for electric drive systems (EPS) in accordance with Definition 3.1, designed to regulate the speed of rotation of AC and DC electric motors. Requirements are established for FES with converters of input and / or output voltages of alternating current (line-to-line voltage) up to 35 kV (RMS). This standard applies to BOT, used in residential, commercial and industrial areas, with the exception of applications for electric traction and electric vehicles. BOT can be connected both to industrial electric networks, and to low-voltage electric networks of general purpose. Industrial networks are powered by separate distribution transformers, which are usually located near or inside the production area and feed only industrial consumers. Industrial networks can also be powered by their own electrical generating equipment.
