This standard establishes the general requirements for the construction, presentation, design, content and designation of intergovernmental standards (if developed in accordance with GOST R 1.8) and state standards of the Russian Federation, general requirements for the design and presentation of changes to these standards, as well as general requirements for designation other standards developed in the Russian Federation: standards of industries, standards of enterprises, standards of public associations. This standard does not apply to international standards developed in the Russian Federation and state educational standards. This standard also does not apply to existing interstate standards and state standards of the Russian Federation, which were adopted prior to its implementation. Their alignment with the requirements of this standard is carried out at the next revision of these standards, and in justified cases, when developing the next changes to them. The provisions of this standard are used in the development, preparation for the adoption and implementation in the Russian Federation of interstate standards and state standards of the Russian Federation and changes thereto.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к построению, изложению, оформлению, содержанию и обозначению межгосударственных стандартов (в случае их разработки по ГОСТ Р 1.8) и государственных стандартов Российской Федерации, общие требования к оформлению и изложению изменений к указанным стандартам, а также общие требования к обозначению иных стандартов, разрабатываемых в Российской Федерации: стандартов отраслей, стандартов предприятий, стандартов общественных объединений. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на разрабатываемые в Российской Федерации международные стандарты и государственные образовательные стандарты. Настоящий стандарт также не распространяется на действующие межгосударственные стандарты и государственные стандарты Российской Федерации, которые были приняты до введения его в действие. Их приведение в соответствие с требованиями настоящего стандарта осуществляют при очередном пересмотре указанных стандартов, а в обоснованных случаях - при разработке очередных изменений к ним. Положения настоящего стандарта применяют при разработке, подготовке к принятию и введению в действие в Российской Федерации межгосударственных стандартов и государственных стандартов Российской Федерации и изменений к ним
