The objects of technical regulation in this standard are hydraulic structures of hydraulic riverbed and pumped storage power plants, their design processes, including exploration, construction, operation, overhaul, reconstruction, conservation and liquidation, as well as the implementation of measures to prevent, localize and eliminate emergency situations caused by accidents. hydraulic structures of these power plants. This standard applies to: - concrete and reinforced concrete dams (gravity, buttress and arch); - earth dams and dams (ground bulk, ground alluvial, stone-earthen, and rock embankment); - culverts; - buildings of hydroelectric stations and pumped storage power plants; - water intake facilities and septic tanks; - conduits of closed cross section; - channels; - retaining walls; - fish crossing and fish protection facilities. This standard establishes general requirements for the safety of hydraulic structures at all stages of their life cycle, during which engineering surveys, design, construction, operation (including current repairs), reconstruction, major repairs, conservation and liquidation of structures are carried out. This standard does not apply to the safety of technological processes corresponding to the functional purpose of a hydraulic structure. At the same time, possible hazardous effects of these technological processes on the condition of facilities and their level of safety are taken into account
Объектами технического регулирования в настоящем стандарте являются гидротехнические сооружения гидравлических русловых и гидроаккумулирующих электростанций, процессы их проектирования, включая изыскания, строительства, эксплуатации, капитального ремонта, реконструкции, консервации и ликвидации, а также осуществления мероприятий по предупреждению, локализации и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций, обусловленных авариями гидротехнических сооружений этих электростанций. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на: - бетонные и железобетонные плотины (гравитационные, контрфорсные и арочные); - грунтовые плотины и дамбы (грунтовые насыпные, грунтовые намывные, каменно-земляные и каменно-набросные); - водопропускные сооружения; - здания гидроэлектрических станций и гидроаккумулирующих электростанций; - водозаборные сооружения и отстойники; - водоводы замкнутого поперечного сечения; - каналы; - подпорные стены; - рыбопропускные и рыбозащитные сооружения. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к безопасности гидротехнических сооружений на всех этапах их жизненного цикла, в течение которого осуществляются инженерные изыскания, проектирование, строительство, эксплуатация (в том числе текущие ремонты), реконструкция, капитальный ремонт, консервация и ликвидации сооружения. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на безопасность технологических процессов, соответствующих функциональному назначению гидротехнического сооружения. При этом подлежат учету возможные опасные воздействия этих технологических процессов на состояние сооружений и уровень их безопасности
