This standard applies to plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes stationary, portable, with or without grounding contacts, designed to connect electrical receivers with a nominal voltage above 50 V but not more than 440 V and rated currents not exceeding 32 A to an electrical AC and (or) DC networks for indoor and outdoor installation in residential and production facilities. This standard also applies to plugs that are crimped with a cord, plugs and portable sockets crimped with a cord, as well as plugs and sockets that are part of devices, unless otherwise specified in the standards for corresponding instruments. This standard does not apply to: - industrial connectors; ultra low voltage connectors
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на вилки и розетки бытового и аналогичного назначения стационарные, переносные, с контактами для заземления или без них, предназначенные для присоединения электрических приемников с номинальным напряжением свыше 50 В, но не более 440 В, и номинальными токами не более 32 А к электрической сети переменного и (или) постоянного тока при внутренней и наружной установке в помещениях жилого и производственного фонда. Настоящий стандарт распространяется также на вилки, опрессованные со шнуром, вилки и переносные розетки, опрессованные со шнуром, а также вилки и розетки, которые являются частью приборов, если нет иных указаний в стандартах на соответствующие приборы. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на: - соединители промышленного назначения; соединители для сверхнизких напряжений
