The standard applies to small-sized wheeled vehicles - ATVs (hereinafter - ATV), the definition of which is given in section 3, which use liquid fuel (for example, gasoline or diesel fuel). The standard takes into account all significant hazards, hazardous situations and incidents related to ATVs, when used for their intended purpose, as well as under conditions of their incorrect use, which can be predicted by the manufacturer within certain limits. The standard takes into account significant hazards throughout the entire life cycle, the definition of which is given in GOST ISO
Стандарт распространяется на снегоболотоходы колесные малогабаритные - квадроциклы (далее - ATV), определение которых дается в разделе 3, в которых используется жидкое топливо (например, бензин или дизельное топливо). Стандарт учитывает все существенные опасности, опасные ситуации и происшествия, относящиеся к ATV, когда они используются по назначению, а также в условиях неправильного их использования, которые могут в определенных пределах прогнозироваться изготовителем. Стандарт учитывает существенные опасности в течение всего жизненного цикла, определение которого дано в ГОСТ ИСО/ТО 12100-1.
