This standard applies to technical means of fire and security and fire automatics (fire detectors, uninterruptible power supplies of fire automatics equipment, fire alarms, fire alarm control devices, fire control devices, short-circuit isolators, remote display devices, loops health monitoring devices, fire notification systems), and establishes general technical requirements and test methods. The requirements of this standard for technical means of security and fire automatics apply to the functions of fire automatics. In the case of the application of this standard to an integrated system of fire automatics, its requirements apply to each component of the system.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на технические средства пожарной и охранно-пожарной автоматики (пожарные извещатели, источники бесперебойного питания технических средств пожарной автоматики, пожарные оповещатели, приборы приемно-контрольные пожарные, приборы управления пожарные, изоляторы короткого замыкания, выносные устройства индикации, устройства контроля работоспособности шлейфов, системы передачи извещений о пожаре), и устанавливает общие технические требования и методы их испытаний. Требования настоящего стандарта к техническим средствам охранно-пожарной автоматики распространяются на функции пожарной автоматики. В случае применения настоящего стандарта к комплексной системе пожарной автоматики, его требования распространяются на каждый компонент системы
