This standard establishes the requirements for the design of newly constructed, reconstructed and repaired concrete and reinforced concrete hydraulic structures of all classes that are part of the energy and water transport systems structures for flood control and protection of the territory from flooding and flooding; and also at a settlement assessment of a condition of the operated constructions (including taking into account data of field observations and inspections). This standard does not apply to facilities intended for construction in seismic areas, in the northern construction-climatic zone, in areas of subsidence, swelling and weak physical-mechanical properties
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к проектированию вновь строящихся, реконструируемых и ремонтируемых бетонных и железобетонных гидротехнических сооружений всех классов, входящих в состав энергетических и воднотранспортных гидроузлов; сооружений для борьбы с наводнениями и защиты территории от затопления и подтопления; а также при расчетной оценке состояния эксплуатируемых сооружений (в т.ч. с учетом данных натурных наблюдений и обследований). Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на сооружения, предназначенные для строительства в сейсмических районах, в северной строительно-климатической зоне, в районах распространения просадочных, набухающих и слабых по физико-механическим свойствам грунтов
