The standard applies to power hydraulic turbines, accumulating pumps and pump-turbines installed at hydroelectric power plants and PSPs. The standard establishes the rules and methods for carrying out field acceptance tests to determine the power, flow rate and efficiency in steady-state conditions, as well as pressure and rotational speed in transient conditions.
Стандарт распространяется на энергетические гидравлические турбины, аккумулирующие насосы и насосы-турбины, установленные на ГЭС и ГАЭС. Стандарт устанавливает правила и методы проведения натурных приемочных испытаний для определения мощности, расхода и КПД на установившихся режимах, а также давления и частоты вращения на переходных режимах.
