Electrical equipment for industrial. General requirements and test methods

The standard applies to electrical and electronic equipment of industrial machines used to perform industrial operations with materials, parts or their nodes, operating from an AC power network with nominal voltages up to 1000 V and nominal frequencies up to 200 Hz, including electrical equipment for metalworking machines ; wood processing; casting and extruding plastics; production of plastic, leather, rubber, paper and its derivatives; production of textiles and clothing; printing; food and related industries; packaging operations, as well as on electrical equipment of automatic assembly machines, transport mechanisms (for example, conveyors) and control devices, if used in conjunction with the machines listed above (electrical equipment starts from the point of connection of the power source to the electrical equipment of the machine). The standard does not apply to electrical equipment used for the production and distribution of electricity in mines, in the open air, in an explosive environment; for machines intended for the production of raw materials (metals, cement, chemical products, paper, etc.); for powerful metallurgical rolling mills, for cranes, elevators, conveyors that are not built into the process equipment, as well as on machines that are worn by hand during the production process
Стандарт распространяется на электрическое и электронное оборудование производственных машин, используемых для выполнения производственных операций с материалами, деталями или их узлами, работающее от сети питания переменного тока с номинальными напряжениями до 1000 В и номинальными частотами до 200 Гц, в том числе на электрооборудование машин для металлообработки; обработки дерева; литья и экструдирования пластмассы; производства изделий из пластмассы, кожи, резины, бумаги и ее производных; производства текстиля и одежды; полиграфии; пищевой и смежных отраслей промышленности; упаковочных операций, а также на электрооборудование автоматических сборочных машин, транспортных механизмов (например конвейеров) и контрольных приборов, если они применяются совместно с перечисленными выше машинами (электрооборудование начинается от точки подсоединения источника питания к электрооборудованию машины). Стандарт не распространяется на электрооборудование, используемое для производства и распределения электроэнергии в шахтах, на открытом воздухе, во взрывоопасной среде; для машин, предназначенных для производства сырья (металлов, цемента, химических продуктов, бумаги и т. Д.); для мощных металлургических прокатных станов, для кранов, лифтов, конвейеров, не встроенн��х в технологическое оборудование, а также на машины, носимые вручную в процессе производства
