This part of the standard establishes radio interface requirements for RFID systems with active RFID tags operating at 433 MHz and used to control items, and contains a general technical description of RFID devices that can be used to develop standards for RFID systems. This part of the standard should help ensure compatibility and improve the interoperability of devices in the growing RFI market internationally.
