This standard formulates definitions and establishes operating conditions, design requirements, technical specifications, and verification requirements for low-voltage switchgear and distribution devices. This standard can not be used separately to characterize the GCC, or for the purpose of confirming compliance with the GCC; it should be used in conjunction with the standard of the IEC 61439 series for a specific CLE. This standard applies only if required by a specific standard for complete devices and applies to the following CLE: - NKU for rated voltage not exceeding 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC; - stationary and mobile NKU, protected and unprotected execution; - NKU intended for use in connection with the generation, transmission, distribution and conversion of electrical energy, as well as to control equipment that consumes electricity; - NKU intended for use in special operating conditions, such as ships, rail vehicles, provided that the relevant special requirements are met; - NKU designed to control the electrical equipment of machines and equipment, provided that the relevant special requirements are met; This standard applies to all NKU designed, manufactured and tested as a single product, and fully standardized and manufactured in large quantities. This standard does not apply to individual devices and components that have their own enclosures, such as starters, circuit breakers, electronic equipment, etc., the requirements for which are established by the relevant specific standards.
Настоящий стандарт формулирует определения и устанавливает условия эксплуатации, требования к конструкции, технические характеристики, а также требования к проверке низковольтных комплектных устройств распределения и управления. Настоящий стандарт не может применяться обособленно для характеристики НКУ, либо для целей подтверждения соответствия НКУ; он должен применяться с совместно со стандартом из серии IEC 61439 на конкретное НКУ. Настоящий стандарт применяется только в том случае, если этого требует конкретный стандарт на комплектные устройства и распространяется на следующие НКУ: - НКУ на номинальное напряжение не свыше 1000 В переменного и 1500 В постоянного тока; - стационарные и передвижные НКУ, защищенного и незащищенного исполнения; - НКУ, предназначенные для применения в связи с генерированием, передачей, распределением и преобразованием электрической энергии, а также для управления оборудованием, потребляющим электроэнергию; - НКУ, предназначенные для применения в специальных условиях эксплуатации, например на судах, рельсовом транспорте при условии, что соответствующие специальные требования выполняются; - НКУ, предназначенные для управления электрооборудованием станков и оборудования при условии, что соответствующие специальные требования выполняются; Настоящий стандарт распространяется на все НКУ сконструированные, изготовленные и испытанные как единичные изделия, так и полностью стандартизованные и изготовленные массово. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на отдельные устройства и комплектующие элементы, имеющие собственные оболочки, такие как пускатели, выключатели-предохранители, электронное оборудование и т.д., требования к которым устанавливаются соответствующими конкретными стандартами
