This standard defines the norms and scope of monitoring the state of hydro turbines, the minimum required for assessing the health and / or operability of controlled installations, as well as for making decisions about conducting technical surveys on special programs in order to determine the residual life and / or extend service life. This standard establishes the procedure and rules for assessing the technical condition of hydraulic turbines with: - constant monitoring of the status of operating equipment; - periodic inspections of equipment withdrawn from operation; - technical certifications of equipment; - technical inspections of equipment. This standard establishes measurement procedures for monitored parameters and test turbines used in complex and individual technical surveys. This standard does not establish requirements for the types and types used in the technical control of standard control equipment and special measuring instruments.
Настоящий стандарт определяет нормы и объем контроля состояния гидротурбин, минимально необходимого для оценки исправности и/или работоспособности контролируемых установок, а также для принятия решений о проведении технических обследований по специальным программам в целях определения остаточного ресурса и/или продления срока службы. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает порядок и правила оценки технического состояния гидротурбин при: - постоянном контроле состояния работающего оборудования; - периодических осмотрах выведенного из работы оборудования; - технических освидетельствованиях оборудования; - технических обследованиях оборудования. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает методики измерений контролируемых параметров и испытаний гидротурбин, применяемые при комплексных и индивидуальных технических обследованиях. Настоящий стандарт не устанавливает требования к типам и видам используемых при техническом контроле штатной контрольной аппаратуры и специальных средств измерений
