The standard applies to the treated and canned salt thin (duodenal, skinny and ileum) intestines (cherev) of small cattle, recognized by veterinary supervision suitable for use in sausage and other production.
Стандарт распространяется на обработанные и консервированные солью тонкие (двенадцатиперстная, тощая и подвздошная) кишки (черевы) мелкого рогатого скота, признанные ветеринарным надзором годными к использованию в колбасном и других проризводствах.
