Sanitary rules apply to institutions and organizations of various departments, public associations, enterprises and other economic entities, regardless of their affiliation and ownership, officials and citizens engaged in disinfection activities. The document contains hygienic requirements for the organization and conduct of disinfection, sterilization, disinsection, disinfestation, as well as the production, transportation, storage and sale of disinfectants. The rules should guide the licensing authorities of institutions, enterprises, organizations, as well as persons engaged in disinfection activities.
Санитарные правила распространяются на учреждения и организации различных ведомств, общественных объединений, на предприятия и иные хозяйствующие субъекты независимо от их принадлежности и форм собственности, должностных лиц и граждан, занимающихся дезинфекционной деятельностью. Документ содержит гигиенические требования к организации и проведению дезинфекции, стерилизации, дезинсекции, дератизации, а также к производству, транспортировке, хранению и реализации дезинфекционных средств. Правилами должны руководствоваться органы, осуществляющие лицензирование учреждений, предприятий, организаций, а также лиц, занимающихся дезинфекционной деятельностью.
