The requirements of this Code are aimed at creating a full-fledged architectural environment that provides the necessary level of accessibility for all categories of the population and their unhindered use of the services provided. The requirements apply to all elements of public buildings or structures, or parts thereof, as well as to areas of institutions that are accessible to visitors. Architectural solutions of public buildings and structures are recommended to focus simultaneously on the compensation of health disorders in the field of the musculoskeletal system, hearing, vision, cardiovascular system, psyche
