Sanitary regulations apply to all types of plasma installations that generate low-temperature plasma (UPU, UMP, UPR, UPN, APR-401, 403, Kristall, Zenit, Plasma-4, UMPO, etc.) intended for work manually, in semi-automatic, automatic modes, including with numerical program control. The rules establish a list of measures to limit the influence of harmful production factors associated with plasma technology, and regulate hygienic requirements for the design and installation of facilities, technology, materials, workplace organization, ventilation. The rules are obligatory for all enterprises and organizations that design, manufacture and operate technological plasma installations for spraying, cutting, surfacing, plasma-mechanical processing (MIP), plasma-chemical technology, plasma metallurgy, welding. Requirements of the Rules should be taken into account when developing regulatory and technical documents (GOST, OST, TU, instructions, methods, etc.) governing the design, technological and operational requirements for plasma installations.
Санитарные правила распространяются на все виды плазменных установок, генерирующих низкотемпературную плазму (УПУ, УМП, УПР, УПН, АПР-401, 403, "Кристалл", "Зенит", "Плазма-4", УМПО и др.), предназначенных для работ вручную, в полуавтоматическом, автоматическом режимах, в том числе с числовым программным управлением. Правила устанавливают перечень мероприятий по ограничению влияния вредных производственных факторов, сопутствующих плазменной технологии, и регламентируют гигиенические требования к проектированию и устройству установок, технологии, материалам, организации рабочих мест, вентиляции. Правила являются обязательными для всех предприятий и организаций, проектирующих, изготавливающих и эксплуатирующих технологические плазменные установки для напыления, резки, наплавки, плазменно-механической обработки (ПМО), плазменно-химической технологии, плазменной металлургии, сварки. Требования Правил должны учитываться при разработке нормативно-технических документов (ГОСТов, ОСТов, ТУ, инструкций, методик и т.п.), регламентирующих конструктивные, технологические и эксплуатационные требования к плазменным установкам.
