Designed for use on a voluntary basis, is of a recommendatory nature and extends to the design, construction and operation of apartment heating systems with gas-fired heat generators with closed combustion chambers in new and reconstructed apartment residential buildings up to 10 floors in height (not exceeding 28 m), including those with built-in public facilities
