The industry standard (OST) establishes the requirements for the technical operation of gas filling stations for gas filling stations, warehouses for domestic gas cylinders, gas filling stations (LPG facilities). OST applies to organizations and enterprises of the fuel and energy complex, associations and other economic entities of the Russian Federation (regardless of their organizational and legal form and form of ownership) and individual entrepreneurs engaged in technical operation of LPG facilities. OST does not apply to: - mobile gas-using installations, gas equipment of automobile, railway transport, aircraft, river and sea vessels; - objects of experimental construction and prototypes of gas equipment.
Стандарт отрасли (ОСТ) устанавливает требования к технической эксплуатации газонаполнительных станций газонаполнительных пунктов, складов бытовых баллонов, автомобильных газозаправочных станций (объектов СУГ). ОСТ распространяется на организации и предприятия ТЭК, объединения и другие хозяйствующие субъекты Российской Федерации (независимо от их организационно-правовой формы и формы собственности) и индивидуальных предпринимателей, осуществляющих деятельность по технической эксплуатации объектов СУГ. ОСТ не распространяется: - передвижные газоиспользующие установки, газовое оборудование автомобильного, железнодорожного транспорта, летательных аппаратов, речных и морских судов; - объекты экспериментального строительства и опытные образцы газового оборудования.
