RETURN POLICY

Electronic publications
Electronic media sales are non-refundable. Electronic book sales are final once the product is delivered via email/FTP/downloaded. If the user contacts us prior to electronic distribution, we will refund the book price and applicable taxes. If for some reason it is impossible to send the electronic book to the customer (email issues or internet connectivity issues), we will refund the book price and applicable taxes.

Hardcopy publications
RGTT LLC. guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of order receipt on any new and unopened hardcopy publications*. To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly, you must first contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and package label. Packages without proper return authorization will not be accepted. See below for instructions on returning your item(s).

Refund process
Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used. If you paid by check, you will be issued a merchandise credit, and if you used a bank wire payment to make your purchase, a store credit or a bank refund will be issued after bank wire and other applicable charges. We do not issue refund checks. Please note that gift wrapping services and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

*Does not apply to eBooks or digital/electronic media downloads, once purchased and/or downloaded. Please verify device compatibility prior to purchase. We cannot accept returns of product marked "non-returnable".

Defective returns
Defective returns are subject to the same constraints as other merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned with the original packaging.

Return instructions:
To return a Hardcopy publication for any reason within 30 days of order receipt:

Email our Customer Support Department.
Subject: Return authorization needed
Body of email: Order ID number
Reason for return
Item(s) you are returning

A return authorization number and return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Once your return authorization number is received:

Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely.
Enclose a copy of your packing slip.
Affix the label that we emailed to you and ship the package via Mail. Be sure to apply adequate postage.
Our Returns Department will issue your credit within two to three business days after receiving your package.

All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.
